Mechanics in action

The project car has changed a bit in the last few weeks, mainly having lots of bits removed!
Chill'd are facilitating real hands on learning, incorporating skills such as reading, writing, measuring with our young person taking apart a car using a mechanics check sheet in a structured and organised manner, with the use of a color-coded scale for decision making.
In the meantime, the work area itself is developing with the addition of lighting in the car garage and plans for a workbench highlight our commitment to practical learning experiences. Stay tuned as the young person researches the tools needed to remove the manifold next week. It's not as easy as it looks!
