Building Confidence

Trip to Coventry city. The trip was to build our young persons confidence in social situations. She had a budget to shop and managed this really well. During this trip we went to a restaurant to see how she would manage in a busy social environment. She managed well and was able to order her food from staff member. She appeared less confident as restaurant got busier. Next steps are to build on the progress of today and continue to link to healthy choices
